Eigentlich schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber ich fand die Klangmassage so toll, dass ich es teilen muss. Der Klang und die Vibrationen haben mich in eine tiefe Ruhe versetzt, die ich ansonsten mit Meditation nicht erreiche. Ich konnte richtig abschalten. Nach dem stressigen Tag, hatte ich Zweifel, ob ich mich überhaupt drauf einlassen kann. Aber schon die Atmosphäre vor Ort und die Liebe zum Detail, die Anita geschaffen hat, haben mich ankommen lassen. Es war genau das, was ich gebraucht habe.Übersetzung
I don't usually write reviews, but I loved the sound massage so much that I had to share it. The sound and vibrations put me into a deep state of calm that I can't normally achieve with meditation. I was able to truly unwind. After the stressful day, I had doubts about whether I could even commit to it. But the atmosphere and the attention to detail that Anita created made me feel at ease. It was exactly what I needed.

I just wanted to do something good for myself, get away from the stress of everyday life and was very curious about what would await me. I'm thrilled :) Both the singing bowl massage and the meditation were a really great experience and far exceeded my expectations. Anita created a super pleasant atmosphere and I was able to just let myself go. I really enjoyed it & it felt really good. I can recommend that everyone just try it out for themselves.
Wer eine Entspannung bis in die letzte Zelle des Körpers sucht, wird hier fündig. Anita schafft es mit ihrer angenehmen Art eine richtige Wohlfühlatmosphäre zu schaffen. Ich war schon mehrmals dort und fühle mich jedes Mal wie neu geboren. Die Klangschalenmeditation lässt einen sehr gut dem Stress des Alltags entfliehen!

Ich habe die Klangschalenmassage geschenkt bekommen und war erstmal skeptisch, aber absolut unbegründet. Ich war wirklich begeistert. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig und angenehm. Es gab erstmal einen Tee und mir wurde alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Therapeutin hat mit Feingefühl gearbeitet, kein esoterisches Blabla. Ich war begeistert und das beste, warme Socken aus der Mikrowelle.

After a stressful day at work, I booked a one-on-one sound massage with Anita. I never thought I'd be able to unwind so quickly. Anita managed to create a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere right from the start. The vibrations and sounds of the singing bowls allowed me to relax quickly and wonderfully. Wonderful! Tiefenentspannung mit einer wundervollen Klang-Massage
Schon beim Ankommen wurde ich herzlich empfangen und durfte erst einmal eine Tasse wohltuenden Tee genießen.
Diese kleine Geste sorgte direkt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre.
Ich wurde mit einer kurzen Meditation sanft auf die Sitzung eingestimmt – eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen und ganz im Moment anzukommen.
Die Klänge nahm ich direkt als sehr angenehm wahr und über die Zeit hinweg spürte ich wie sich eine tiefe Ruhe in mir ausbreitete.
Nach der Massage fühlte ich mich tiefenentspannt, leicht und gleichzeitig voller neuer Energie. Diese Erfahrung war pure Erholung für Körper und Geist.

I was fortunate enough to try out three different offerings from Anita. First, I treated myself to a one-on-one singing bowl massage. Thanks to Anita's calm and empathetic approach, I was able to quickly build trust, let go, and perceive my body in the here and now, allowing me to completely relax. I also participated in the "Sound Yoga" group workshop. This combines yoga, a sound bath, and a cacao ceremony. Vanessa and Anita successfully combined movement, relaxation, and awareness. My daughter and I attended the parent-child singing bowl workshops. Anita playfully managed to inspire the children with topics such as music, relaxation, body awareness, and emotions. Thank you.
Die Therapeutin war sehr cool. Ich war erstaunt das ich den Kopf mal total frei hatte. Durch die Konzentration auf die sehr angenehmen Klangfolgen konnte ich leicht loslassen und mich tief entspannen. Ich komme gern wieder.
